The mission of William Brothers Manila (WBM) can be summarized in two words: design + build. This construction firm based in the Philippines specializes in design + build residential, commercial, and institutional projects. With a team of experts in construction and design, WBM transforms vision into reality through their personalized approach and commitment to quality.

The Challenge

As a design and construction firm, the people at WBM aren’t always at the office and can often be found out and about consulting with clients and prospects, sourcing materials, and inspecting building sites. As such, admin tasks like checking attendance and filing vacation leaves can be a challenge, especially without an efficient system in place. WBM did its best to keep up with admin responsibilities but ultimately found their inefficient process to be a hindrance to productivity and efficiency.

The Solution

As agents of the “new way of working,” nXscale first focused on digitizing and automating WBM’s current process where applicable. We’re proud to be WBM’s HR tech partner, with the company being the first to take advantage of our recently launched nXportal—a digital all-in-one platform that’s designed to make admin and HR processes more efficient. An online platform also allows for specialized features like GPS tracking and timestamps, so WBM is always on top of client meetings and site visits.
