Refer Your Friends?
LET YOUR FRIENDS KNOW. When referring, obtaining the consent of the referral is the responsibility of the referrer.
Once the referrer completes and submits the profile of the referral, it is assumed that consent was already obtained by the referrer.
WAIT FOR YOUR REWARD. Referrals are only considered successful once referral signs an employment or independent contractor agreement.
Referrals to any open role will only be considered up to 12 months from the date of submission of referral.
NOTE: The referral program is open to all individuals 18 years old and above.

Referring friends rewards you a specific cash amount once they sign an employment or independent contractor agreement. The cash amount will depend on the type of role. Please refer to the table below for the specific cash reward schedule.
