How to Refer Your Friends
LET YOUR FRIENDS KNOW. When referring, obtaining the consent of the referral is the responsibility of the referrer.
Once the referrer completes and submits the profile of the referral, it is assumed that consent was already obtained by the referrer.
CHOOSE AN OPEN ROLE. Choose a job in which you know your friend would excel. There are no limits to the number of referrals. If you have friends that you think fit several roles, refer away!
WAIT FOR YOUR REWARD. Referrals are only considered successful once referral signs an employment or independent contractor agreement.
Referrals to any open role will only be considered up to 12 months from the date of submission of referral.
NOTE: The referral program is open to all individuals 18 years old and above.
