Pat Erick Buna, Chief Executive Officer

As the CEO, he manages the overall direction of the company. Pat has a track record that spans both startups and large corporations. In his downtime, he tends to his vegetable farm in Batangas.

 

 

Alexis dela Cruz, Head of Communications

As the Head of Communications, he is responsible for planning and executing a cohesive branding and communications strategy. Alex has worked in a variety of industries, working as a content creator, editor, and SEO specialist for more than a decade. He was head of the SEO team at SafetyCulture before joining nXscale.

Lara Trisa Martin, Talent Acquisition Specialist

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, Lara seeks and taps talents across the Filipino market and aligns them with the client’s hiring needs. She has been in the industry for 9 years, working for BPO and Shared Service Center. When she’s not wearing her recruiter hat, she’s out trying new experiences and places across the metro.

Kei San Pablo, Board Chairperson & Advisor

As the Board Chairperson, she oversees the overall direction of the company and provides insights regarding strategy. Kei has a track record of building tech unicorns, having worked as a Country Head for Canva and SafetyCulture. In her free time, you can catch her on the beach getting some tan.

Majorie Ann Velasquez, Commercial Accountant

As the Commercial Accountant, she is in charge of the financial operations of the organization, including the team’s compensation and benefits. Maj has worked in one of the Big 4 accounting firms and a local agritech startup. She is a certified Belieber so don’t be surprised if you hear her singing one of JBieber’s new tracks.

Rodly Anne Ricafort, Digital Marketing Associate

As nXscale’s trusty digital marketing maven, Rodly brings her creative spirit to the company’s marketing and social media campaigns, ensuring catchy and engaging content. She also assists in administrative tasks and helps the team focus by ensuring that nothing falls between the cracks. Rodly loves fashion, art, photography, and of course, food.

Joan Aprille Vallejo, Head of People

Cherry Diaz, People Operations Specialist

As a People Operations Specialist,she is responsible for nXscale’s end-to-end recruitment efforts. Cherry has worked in BPO-Operations, RPO, and career adviser, leading to her interest in the various facets of HR. Outside working hours, you can find Cherry binge-watching medieval fantasy films, biopics, and documentaries.
