The nXscale way is a new approach, introduced in 2021 amidst challenges while embracing the new normal. Our approach represents the future of work. We assist startups, scale-ups, and established businesses in expanding their teams by tapping into the diverse talent of the Filipino workforce.

How It All Began
Amidst the pandemic, we kicked off our first month of work with just 7 nXplorers. We hired our first employees and worked remotely while the nXscale office was still under construction.
We hit our one-year mark and celebrated through a private movie screening. It felt amazing to have reached several milestones in just a year.
Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, unite! Our first ever Grand Get-together was a fun-filled event where we celebrated and bonded as a team, feeling grateful, motivated, and ready to keep making magic happen!
