The Challenge

As a cryptocurrency platform, PDAX is in a unique position in the Philippines, where crypto products have yet to be fully embraced. It’s not recognized as legal tender in the country, although cryptocurrency transactions aren’t entirely outlawed. PDAX required professionals with a solid background in cryptocurrency to build out their TechOps team. Financial literacy is one of the main challenges in the Philippines, so finding the right people with relevant knowledge and experience in a relatively new digital currency could be a daunting task.

The Solution

To make its hiring efforts more efficient and to ensure that it finds the best people, PDAX decided to farm out the building of their TechOps team—this is where nXscale comes in. We helped PDAX build their TechOps team from the ground up by finding and hiring individuals that possessed the necessary technical know-how, soft skills, and relevant experience in cryptocurrency. To address the challenges in hiring cryptocurrency professionals for PDAX, nXscale focused on the following:
